This page describes the real P.A.I.G.E. beta service and is kept up to date as the service changes. It has not yet received a final professional legal sign-off.
This page explains what personal data P.A.I.G.E. actually processes today, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and the account service it relies on, referred to together as "P.A.I.G.E." below.
What we collect and why
Orders and purchases
Which products you bought, price paid, order and payment status, and refund records. During beta all payments are simulated (sandbox); no real card or bank details are ever collected by this website. Legal basis: contract, and legal obligation (accounting records).
Licences, entitlements and devices
Which modules and content you are entitled to, and which desktop installations are linked to your account. Held by the P.A.I.G.E. account service so your desktop can discover them automatically. Legal basis: contract.
Age check result
If you use Adult Extreme, we hold only the outcome of your age check (confirmed, in progress, not confirmed, expired or withdrawn), the date it was made and when it expires, and a reference so support can find it. The check runs on P.A.I.G.E.'s own systems. No camera image, video, face image or facial template is kept, no identity document is collected, no date of birth is stored, and no estimated age is recorded or shown. See our Age Assurance page for the detail. Our lawful basis for this processing is still under legal review and is not stated here as settled.
Support requests
The subject, category and messages of any support ticket you raise. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest in resolving your request.
Security and audit records
Login, purchase, refund, profile-change and similar events, without your password or any payment card data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and accountable.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare provides our tunnel/hosting protection and, on some forms, Turnstile bot verification. Brevo sends our transactional emails (welcome, verification, password reset, purchase and refund confirmations). During beta, payments are simulated and no real payment processor is involved; the intended future real payment processor is not active yet. The age check for Adult Extreme does not involve any other company at all: it runs on P.A.I.G.E.'s own systems, and your camera images are never sent to a third party or to this website. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Beta engineering data
While the age check is in beta we keep technical measurements of how the check itself performed, so we can improve it. These are numbers only, such as timings and quality measures. They contain no images, no account, email or licence details, and they are stored separately from your account and deleted after 30 days. They can never be used to grant or remove access.
How long we keep it
See our Refund Policy for purchase-related retention and the summary in our Data Retention approach: broadly, account data is kept while your account is active, security/audit records for a fixed period after that, and accounting records for as long as the law requires, even after an account is deleted.
Your rights and controls
From My P.A.I.G.E. → Account & Security you can change your password, update your display name, download a copy of your data (Export My Data) and request account deletion (Delete My Account). Deleting your account disables it immediately; your email and name are removed from your record straight away, while order/payment/audit history is kept only as long as accounting, fraud-prevention or legal obligations require, in a form no longer linked to your everyday identity. For anything else, including asking us to restrict or object to processing, contact Support and we will handle it as a formal request.
