Digital purchase refunds

Because P.A.I.G.E. products are digital licences and content delivered immediately on purchase, statutory cooling-off rights for digital content can be limited once you have started using what you bought, as UK consumer law allows. During beta, every purchase is a simulated sandbox transaction; no real money changes hands, so refund requests during this period are handled as a goodwill sandbox reset rather than a real financial refund.

What happens when a refund is approved

An approved refund updates your order and payment status and automatically queues the removal of the entitlement it granted through our durable delivery process, in the same way a purchase queues granting it. If a second valid purchase still covers the same module or content, that access is correctly preserved rather than removed.
